Telling the Story of Chinese Science Culture Well:The Foreign Discourse and Narrative Logic in the Communication of Science and Technology

Abstract
In the context of the accelerated evolution of the new technological revolution and the tense situation between China and the United States in science and technology,a competitive pattern emerges in global scientific discourse.It is urgent to construct a powerful foreign discourse and a strategic narrative system.This article,based on the practical positioning of foreign scientific discourse in a competitive pattern,analyzes the challenges of telling the story of Chinese science and culture from three aspects:the narrative shortcomings in foreign content,the narrative advantage of"Western centrism",and the insufficient supply of official diverse narratives.The article proposes the need to construct a narrative system that integrates narrative symbols,narrative structures,and narrative voices,comprehensively using various narrative strategies to tell the story of Chinese science and culture with reason,strength,and coherence.关键词
