三维角联锁机织铺层复合材料的开孔拉伸性能
Tensile Properties of Notched 3D Angle Interlock Woven Layup Composites

Abstract
In order to study the influence of pore size on the tensile properties of three-dimensional angle interlock woven laminated composites,three kinds of three-dimensional angle interlock woven laminated composites with different pore sizes were prepared and their tensile properties were tested,and the com-posite material was characterized using a non-contact full field strain testing system and microscopic image analysis technology.The results show that the strain concentration area transited from the periphery of the hole to the left and right sides,and the cumulative strain change rate increases with the increase of the hole diameter.Compared with the samples before the opening,the tensile strength of the samples with 6,10,and 14 mm pore sizes decreased by 23.13%,44.47%,and 50.08%,respectively,and the modulus of the opened specimens decreased by 16.92%,14.93%,and 22.25%,respectively.Tensile failure includes yarn breakage,fiber pull-out,and interfacial debonding.However,under larger pore sizes(14 mm),the phenomenon of delamination at the fracture surface was not significant.关键词
