以非睾丸疼痛为首发症状睾丸扭转误诊原因分析
Analysis of the Cause of Misdiagnosis of Testicular Torsion with Non-testicular Pain as the Initial Symptom

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,causes of misdiagnosis and preventive measures of testicular torsion with non-testicular pain as the initial symptom.Methods The clinical data of 3 patients with testicular tor-sion with non-testicular pain as the initial symptom from January 2015 to October 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.Results In this study,3 patients presented with lower abdominal pain accompanied by nausea and vomiting for 15 h,left groin pain with dysuria for 2 h,and periumbilical pain with nausea and progressive right lower abdominal pain for 30 h,respectively.Three cases were misdiagnosed as acute gastroenteritis,incarcerated inguinal hernia and acute appendicitis,respectively.Af-ter the diagnosis of testicular torsion was confirmed by intraoperative exploration,2 patients underwent testicectomy and contra-lateral testicopexy,and 1 patients underwent bilateral testicopexy.Conclusion Clinicians should be alert to testicular torsion with non-testicular pain as the initial symptom,pay attention to physical examination,perform scrotal color Doppler ultrasonog-raphy and surgical exploration as soon as necessary,in order to reduce or avoid misdiagnosis of testicular torsion,which may result in poor prognosis.关键词
