Abstract

Aiming at the actual operation status of the 2×300 MW CFB circulating fluidized bed unit of a certain power plant undergo-ing low temperature economizer combined with heater renovation,and the impact of low temperature economizer combined with heater on the economic operation of the power plant before and after renovation was explored from the boiler and turbine sides,respectively.The data analysis results indicate that the low-temperature economizer+air heater had little impact on the boiler side,only increasing the outlet temperature of the air preheater and reducing low-temperature corrosion of the air preheater.For the steam turbine side,the impact is significant.According to calculations,the higher the load,the more circulating water from the low temperature economizer enters the steam turbine side,and the greater the reduction in power supply coal consumption.From an economic perspective,the unit can save 2 805 tons of standard coal per year under an average load of 230 MW and an operating time of 5 000 hours.The economic effect is obvi-ous,and it is of great significance in terms of economy when the coal price continues to be high.
