摘要

Abstract

Taking Longwanggou Coal Mine as the application object,the intelligent safety control and material distribution system of un-derground explosion-proof trackless rubber wheeler vehicles in coal mines was studied.Based on precise positioning of vehicle UWB and intelligent on-board terminal as the platform,it is highly compatible with the positioning system of mine personnel and vehicles,vehicle stall control system,vehicle intelligent allocation system,material intelligent distribution system,and vehicle condition intelligent monito-ring system.Through intelligent vehicle control and underground logistics efficient distribution,intelligent safety detection at the well-head of auxiliary transportation vehicles,dynamic intelligent control above and below the well,dynamic monitoring and warning of vehi-cle safety performance,inherent safety protection during stall,intelligent tracking of materials,violation monitoring and warning,emer-gency response handling,and other intelligent monitoring and control throughout the entire process have been achieved.The operation process has been optimized,and the economic benefits and safety level of coal mines have been improved.
