摘要

Abstract

Two 300 MW subcritical coal-fired power generation units of Jiangsu Xukuang Comprehensive Utilization Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,since being put into operation in 2010,they have undergone multiple maintenance,resulting in changes in the performance of the main and auxiliary equipment.Moreover,due to the increase in external heating,the original design control method cannot coordinate the balance of boiler energy,turbine demand,and electrical power,exacerbating the deterioration of AGC and primary frequency regula-tion quality,and it cannot adapt to the current demand for deep regulation of the power grid.By optimizing the logic and adjusting pa-rameters of the automatic control system of the unit,while ensuring the safe operation of each main and auxiliary machine,the perform-ance indicators of the"two detailed rules"of the unit can be effectively improved,and the stable and economic operation of the unit can be achieved under 30%~100%deep peak shaving.
