Abstract
Objective To explore the value of the combined application of thrombelastogram and routine blood coagula-tion test in the examination of chronic kidney disease.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 elderly patients with chronic kidney disease who were hospitalized in People's Hospital of Xuancheng City from August 2020 to December 2022.According to the glomerular filtration rate(GFR),they were divided into stage 1-2 group(20 cases),stage 3 group(20 ones),stage4 group(20 ones)and stage5 group(20 ones).The values of routine coagulation indexes and thromboelastogram indexes were detected and compared among the 4 groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the statistical values of the basic data among the 4 groups(P＞0.05).There were differences in the values of TT,APTT,PT,INR and Fig among the 4 groups,but there was no statistical significance(P＞0.05).There were significant differences in the values of CI,MA,K and R among the 4 groups(P＜0.05).The level of eGFR was positively correlated with R,K and MA in patients with chronic kidney disease(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine coagulation test,the application of thrombelastogram in monitoring coagulation status of patients with chronic kidney disease has higher accura-cy,which is expected to provide a reference for clinical treatment.关键词
