摘要

Abstract

To solve the problems of high excavation cost,tight mining replacement,high material consumption,high operating cost,and complex system caused by leaving small coal pillars along the gob-side entry retaining in a fully-mechanized mining face of a certain mine in Jinmei Group,theoretical analysis and on-site practice methods were adopted,combined with top cutting and pressure relief technology,to design and practice the non pillar mining of the XV2301 transportation entry along the goaf without coal pillars and ana-lyzed the cutting mechanism of blasting technolog of biderctional energy-accumulating tension forming,provided key parameters such as cutting height,cutting angle,cutting hole spacing,and layout method for directional pre-splitting blasting cutting,and proposed roadway side support method for gob-side entry retaining in cutting roof pressure relief.The roadway support was divided into three different areas and corresponding support modes were selected.The on-site test data shows that after a delay of 190 meters in the working face,the de-formation,separation,and anchor cable stress on the surface of the roadway are basically stable.The top cutting pressure relief non pillar mining technology has achieved good results in XV 2301 working face.
