Update on DNA methylation in UV radiation-related skin diseases
摘要
Abstract
DNA methylation is a common epigenetic phenomenon that changes genetic expres-sion without altering the DNA sequence.With deepening research on DNA methylation,more and more variable positions of methylation have been identified in a variety of diseases(such as tumors,diabetes and neurological disorders).Ultraviolet(UV)radiation is an important environmental factor for skin damage and aging.DNA methylation is involved in the occurrence and development of UV radiation-related skin conditions and diseases.In this paper,we review the research pro-gress of DNA methylation in UV radiation-related skin diseases,such as solar dermatitis,actinic keratosis,skin tumor,lupus erythematosus and photoaging,in order to provide new ideas for sub-sequent research in UV radiation-related skin diseases.关键词
