老年青光眼患者疼痛、睡眠质量与焦虑的相关性分析
Correlation analysis of pain,sleep quality and anxiety in elderly glaucoma patients

Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation among pain degree,sleep quality and anxiety degree in elderly glauco-ma patients.Methods 113 elderly glaucoma patients treated in First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical Univer-sity from October 2020 to October 2022 were included as the observation group,and another 100 elderly patients with other eye diseases except glaucoma from ophthalmology ward during the same period were selected as the control group.The Brief Pain Inventory(BPI),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to evaluate the pain degree,sleep quality,and anxiety degree of two groups of patients,respectively,and the scores of each scale were compared between the two groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation among the scores of each scale.Results The scores of dimensions of BPI(pain degree,degree of pain influence),PSQI(sleep latency,sleep disorders,ha-bitual sleep efficiency,sleep persistence,daytime dysfunction,subjective sleep quality,sleep drug use)and SAS(autonomic nerve dysfunction,exercise tension,anxiety,mixed symptoms)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that BPI was positively correlated with PSQI score in elderly glaucoma patients(r =0.572,P＜0.05),BPI was positively correlated with SAS score(r =0.429,P＜0.05),and PSQI was positive-ly correlated with SAS score(r =0.605,P＜0.05).Conclusion Elderly glaucoma patients are prone to suffer from pain,sleep disorders and anxiety,and there is a significant correlation among pain degree,sleep quality and anxiety degree,which has certain clinical diagnosis and treatment reference value.关键词
