应用AIDET优化型沟通结合动机访谈式健康教育对治疗老年女性尖锐湿疣的临床分析
Clinical analysis of AIDET optimized communication combined with motivational interview health education in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum in elderly women

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of AIDET communication combined with motivational interview health ed-ucation on elderly female patients with condyloma acuminatum,and provide methods for the treatment of this disease.Methods 154 elderly female patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from March 2018 to March 2023 were recruited and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 77 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with carbon dioxide laser combined with interferon.At the same time,the control group received routine health education intervention,and the observation group re-ceived AIDET communication combined with motivational interview health education intervention.Both groups were intervened for 1 month.The psychological distress(assessed by psychological distress screening tool)and disease uncertainty[assessed by Chinese Version of Mishel's Uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS)]were compared between the two groups before intervention and at 1 month of intervention.The treatment completion rate during intervention and return visit compliance within 3 months of follow-up were compared between the two groups.The quality of life[assessed by Chinese Version of Quality of Life Ques-tionnaire for Patients with Condyloma Acuminatum(CECA10)]were compared between the two groups before intervention,at 1 month of intervention and at 3 months of follow-up.The recurrence rate during 3 months of follow-up were compared be-tween the two groups.Results At 1 month of intervention,the scores of psychological distress thermometer(DT)and scores of dimensions of physiology,emotion and family in Psychological Distress Screening Tool Problem List(PL)of the observa-tion group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),but there were no statistical differences in the scores of di-mensions of practical problems and spiritual or religious beliefs in PL between the two groups(P＞0.05).The scores of all di-mensions and total scores of MUIS of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).During intervention,the treatment completion rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).During 3 months of follow-up,the rate of on-time return visit compliance of the ob-servation group washigher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the recurrence rate of the observation group waslow-er than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The CECA10 scores of the observation group at1 month and3 months of follow-up were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of AIDET communication combined with motivational interview health education can effectively alleviate the psy-chological distress and disease uncertainty of elderly female patients with condyloma acuminatum.It has a positive effect on im-proving the curative effect and return visit compliance of patients,can avoid short-term recurrence,effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and has certain clinical application value.关键词
