Abstract
The construction of a powerful country in higher education is the basic guarantee for the construction of a powerful country in science and technology,the key support for the construction of a powerful country in talents,and has prominent strategic significance for the construction of Chinese path to modernization.To promote the high-quality construction of a powerful country in higher education,we need to clarify the logic pedigree of Chinese path to modernization leading the construction of a powerful country in higher education,and explore the path of building a powerful country that conforms to China's national conditions and the common characteristics of modernization;Sort out the development mechanism of building a powerful country in higher education,enhance the sense of mission and urgency of building a powerful country in higher education;Deepen the reform of higher education and respond to the urgent need for new quality productivity in the construction of a powerful country in higher education in the new era;Clarify the core principles of high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement to support the construction of a powerful country in higher education,and achieve a double leap in the level and energy of technological innovation;Use the era concept of"Two Overall Situations"as the space-time coordinates for the high-quality development of higher education,clarify the action logic of building a strong country in higher education.In addition,at the critical stage of building a powerful country in higher education,it is necessary to take the reform of education evaluation as the starting point,break down the obstacles that restrict the construction of a powerful country in higher education,and then promote the structural transformation and systematic reshaping of the higher education system.关键词
