Effects of Enteral Nutrition Support on CHE,ALb,DAO,Liver Function and Immune Function in Patients with Primary Liver Cancer after TACE

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of enteral nutrition support therapy on cholinesterase(CHE),albu-min(Alb),diamine oxidase(DAO),liver function and immune function in patients with primary liver cancer after hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods In total,119 patients with primary liver cancer treated from January 2019 to March 2022 were selected and divided into experimental group(receiving enteral nutrition support,n =60)and control group(receiving parenteral nutrition support,n =59)according to different nutritional support methods.CHE,Alb,DAO,liver function,immune function indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,CHE,Alb and DAO levels in the two groups were increased,which were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).After treatment,the levels of aspartate aminotrans-ferase,alanine aminotransferase and indirect bilirubin in the two groups were decreased,which were lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).After treatment,the levels of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were in-creased and CD8+ was decreased in the two groups,and the levels of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in experimental group were higher than those in control group,while the levels of CD8+ were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions,including diarrhea,abdominal distension and vomiting in the experimental group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion Enteral nutrition support therapy can improve CHE,Alb,DAO,liver function and immune function of patients with primary liver cancer after TACE,and has fewer adverse reactions and bet-ter safety.关键词
