Language-behavior-culture:a study on the narrative nature of Amy Tan's novel The Joy Luck Club
摘要
Abstract
Literary narrative theory focuses its analysis on the dynamic level of literary discourse.Based on the theory of literary narration,this paper analyzes the characters in the Joy Luck Club by means of literature research.The Joy Luck Club is a highly autobiographical work by Chinese American writer Amy Tan.Its success reflects the complex relationship between Chinese American literature,Chinese culture and American people's life,culture,politics,history and many other aspects.The Joy Luck Club not only reflects the living and emotional conditions of Chinese writers,but also their active exploration to find their own cultural orientation and realize their own growth.关键词
