In order to present the basic process and concept of a spinning project design scheme,the process path,equipment configuration scheme and engineering design scheme of the ring spinning project were introduced in detail by taking the 100000 spindle spinning project as an example.Based on the overall requirements of project operation intellectualization,manufacturing digitalization and equipment intellectual integration,the basic characteristics of intelligent spinning process flow and main equipment were focused as well as the technology and application of whole process key equipment.It is considered that the highly integrated and up-to-date advanced intelligent cotton spinning complete sets of equipment,management and control system made in China are beneficial to improve the automation,informationization and intelligentization level of the whole spinning process and achieve the overall integration of process flow,information flow and logistics.
