百令胶囊联合缬沙坦对维持性腹膜透析患者免疫功能、氧化应激指标及炎性因子的影响OACSTPCD

Objective To investigate the effects of Bailing capsule combined with Valsartan on immune function,oxi-dative stress indexes and inflammatory factors in chronic kidney disease(CKD)patients undergoing maintenance peritoneal di-alysis(MPD).Methods A total of 106 patients with stage 5 CKD who received MPD treatment from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into research group(n =53)and control group(n =53)according to different treatment methods.The research group was treated with Bailing capsule combined with Valsartan,and the control group was treated with Valsar-tan.Serum immune function,oxidative stress indexes and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and at 8 weeks after treatment,as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment.Results At 8 weeks after treatment,serum CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and interleukin-2(IL-2)were higher than those be-fore treatment,and serum CD8+,malondialdehyde(MDA),reactive oxygen species(ROS),C reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower than those before treatment.Serum CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,SOD and IL-2 in the research group were higher than those in the control group,while serum CD8+,MDA,ROS,CRP and TNF-α were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.01).During treatment,there was no significant difference in the total incidence of ad-verse reactions between the research group and the control group[7.55%(4/53)vs.11.32%(6/53),P＞0.05].Con-clusion Bailing capsule combined with Valsartan in the treatment of CKD patients undergoing MPD can improve immune function,reduce oxidative stress and inflammatory response,and has good safety.
