Abstract

Based on the operating conditions of industrial dust collectors,experimental system operating conditions can be designed,and whether the structure of electric bag dust collectors can meet industrial applications can be ex-plored.Under industrial boiler semi dry desulfurization and electric bag dust collector pollutant treatment mode,the particulate matter emission characteristics were simulated.Relying on the coupled electric bag dust collector experi-mental platform,the experimental parameters were designed to change the inlet particulate matter concentration of the dust collector and the filtration wind speed in the bag dust removal area.The influence of inlet particulate matter con-centration and filtration wind speed on the dust removal performance of the dust collector were discussed,and the op-timal operating conditions suitable for the structure of the electric bag dust collector were determined.The results show that as the concentration of particulate matter at the inlet increases,the emission concentration of particulate matter also increases accordingly.When the concentration of particulate matter at the inlet is 162.12 g/m3,the emission concentration exceeds the current emission standards for industrial boilers;when the concentration of particulate mat-ter at the inlet is less than 80 g/m3,the emission concentration of particulate matter is less than 10 mg/m3,which meets the ultra-low emission standards of ordinary regions.As the concentration of particulate matter at the inlet in-creases,the total energy consumption shows an upward trend.Keeping the concentration of particulate matter at the inlet,the structure of the dust collector and the applied voltage are unchanged,only changing the filtration wind speed reveals that as the filtration wind speed increases,the concentration of particulate matter at the outlet of the dust collector gradually increases;when the filtering wind speed is≤1.62 m/min,the total concentration of outlet emissions is<10 mg/m3;when the filtration wind speed is>1.62 m/min,the emission concentration is>10 mg/m3.As the filtering wind speed increases,the power consumption decreases,the energy consumption generated by the pressure drop increases,and the sum of the two types of energy consumption also increases.
