Clinical Effect of Fumigation with Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Egg Butter in the Treatment of Rashes Associated with Targeted Drugs for Lung Cancer and Its Impact on Blood Indexes and Recurrence Rate

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine combined with egg butter in the treatment of rashes associated with targeted drugs for lung cancer and its impact on blood indexes and recur-rence rate.Methods A total of 80 lung cancer patients who were treated with oral targeted drugs and developed associated rashes from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected,and divided into observation group(n =40)and control group(n = 40)according to different treatment methods.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Egg butter,and the control group was treated with Mometasone Furoate cream.The improvement of rash grade,clinical effect,anxiety and depression scale score,quality of life(QOL)score,blood safety index before and after treatment,and rash recurrence at 4 weeks after drug withdrawal were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences between the two groups with respect to rash grade before and after treatment and the clinical effect of the two groups after treatment by the rank and rank test(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the QOL scores were higher than those before treatment.The HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the QOL scores were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.01).Before and after treat-ment,there was no significant difference in serum alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and creatinine between the two groups(P＞0.05).At 4 weeks after drug withdrawal,the recurrence rate of skin rash in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[40.0%(16/40)vs.72.5%(29/40)](P＜0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with egg butter is effective in the treatment of rashes associated with targeted drugs for lung cancer,which is helpful to prevent rash recurrence.关键词
