全智能筒纱输送与包装系统的流程及效率分析
Process and efficiency analysis of intelligent cheese yarn conveying and packaging system
摘要
Abstract
In order to give full play to the equipment efficiency and improve the production level of the full-intelligent cheese yarn conveying and packaging system,the functions of each module of the cheese yarn conveying and packaging system and the time needed to process a single cheese yarn were analyzed,the factors and influence of the connection between the transmission line and the packing line were also discussed.The effects of variety factors,material replacement and alarm treatment on production efficiency were described.Finally,the theoretical output of the system was about 32 t per day by theoretical data analysis and field measurement.It is considered that the speed of conveying and packing can be increased by improving the speed of alarm processing,optimizing the buffer channel and palletizing position of yarn.The working efficiency of equipment is further improved.关键词
