针对纺织企业在仓储管理过程中存在纱线命名不规范、仓储主观性强、仓库盘点复杂且效率低等问题,开发出基于B/S架构的纱线仓储管理系统.该系统是一个基于Java的Web端和移动端双端应用程序,通过浏览器提供简洁操作界面,实现了快捷品种管理、出入库管理、报表管理等功能,具有跨平台兼容性好、分布性强、维护方便等特性,并通过Web Server与数据库进行数据交互.应用效果表明:该系统规范了纺织企业纱线命名、提高了出入库效率、简化了仓储操作方式、加强了对仓库库存和供需的把控.认为:该系统提高了纺织企业仓储管理效率,可有效降低企业仓储成本.

Aimed at the problems existing in the storage management process of textile enterprises,such as nonstandard yarn naming,strong subjectivity in storage,complex warehouse inventory with low efficiency,etc.,a yarn warehouse management system based on B/S architecture was developed.The system was a Java based web and mobile dual application program that provided a simple operating interface through a browser,achieving functions such as fast variety management,inbound and outbound management and report management.It had characteristics like cross platform compatibility,strong distribution and easy maintenance.It also interacted with the database through Web Server.The application results showed that the system standardized the naming of yarns in textile enterprises,improved the efficiency of inbound and outbound operations,simplified operation methods of warehouse,strengthened the control of warehouse inventory,supply and demand.It is considered that the system can improve the efficiency of storage management in textile enterprises and effectively reduce the storage cost of enterprises.
