Large shareholders equity pledge,equity balance and enterprise innovation investment
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the relationship between major shareholders'equity pledge and innovation input,this paper analyzes the impact of equity pledge financing on enterprise innovation by taking the listed companies on small and medium-sized board and growth enterprises market,GEM from 2015 to 2020 as the research object.The results show that the equity pledge of major shareholders significantly inhibits enterprise innovation,and the inhibitory effect increases with the increase of the pledge rate.The higher degree of equity balance can intensify the inhibitory effect of equity pledge on innovation.The research results provide a reference for the development of small and medium-sized board and GEM companies in technological innovation.关键词
