Research on the optimization of employment service in universities:taking N University as an example

针对高校就业服务问题,采用问卷调查的方法,以 N 大学为例,分析目前大学生就业服务存在就业服务形式单一、就业服务宣传不到位、就业服务专业性不强等问题,就业服务意识不强、管理模式行政化、缺乏有效的就业服务协调体系是其主要原因,提出强化"以学生为本"的服务理念、完善就业服务人员选聘机制、构建各方联动就业服务协调机制等建议.研究结果为高校优化毕业生就业服务工作提供参考.

In view of the employment service in colleges and universities,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey,taking N university as an example,and analyzes the problems existing in the employment service for college students,such as the single form of employment service,the insufficient publicity of employment service and the weak speciality of employment service,etc.The main reasons are the weak consciousness of employment service,administrative mode of management,and the lack of effective coordination system of employment service.Some suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the"student-oriented"service concept,perfecting the employment service personnel selection mechanism and constructing the coordination mechanism of employment service.The researching results provide reference for the optimization of employment service for college graduates.
