高校就业服务优化研究
Research on the optimization of employment service in universities:taking N University as an example

Abstract
In view of the employment service in colleges and universities,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey,taking N university as an example,and analyzes the problems existing in the employment service for college students,such as the single form of employment service,the insufficient publicity of employment service and the weak speciality of employment service,etc.The main reasons are the weak consciousness of employment service,administrative mode of management,and the lack of effective coordination system of employment service.Some suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the"student-oriented"service concept,perfecting the employment service personnel selection mechanism and constructing the coordination mechanism of employment service.The researching results provide reference for the optimization of employment service for college graduates.关键词
