Abstract
With the introduction of adjustable load in new energy power system,the types and quantity of adjustable resources are increasing,and the total amount of scheduling flexibility resources is increasing with the increase of flexibility demand,making it increasingly difficult to directly optimize and solve the optimal auxiliary service scheduling scheme.In this paper,a multi-type adjustable resource hierarchy evaluation method based on improved K-means++ clustering is proposed,which is a prior assessment method.Through the proposed indexes of frequency modulation performance and peak regulation performance,multiple types of adjustable resources are evaluated in the same scale by using the same formula,and the hierarchy evaluation is carried out by using improved K-means++ clustering,so that the adjustable resources can be divided in advance,and the adjustable resources can be called from high to low in practice,which reduces the amount of calculation and ensures the safe and reliable operation of the system.The method proposed in this paper is tested using the adjustable resources of power grid in a certain northern region.Compared with K-means and K-means++ clustering,the improved K-means++ can effectively divide the adjustable resources at all levels while ensuring the stability of operation,which proves the effectiveness of this method.关键词
