Abstract
Under the background of the new era,high standard farmland has become an important measure to implement the strategy of"food crop production strategy based on farmland management and technological application".Hunan is a major agricultural province in China,and Changde is the city with the largest amount of cultivated land in Hunan Province.The smooth construction of high standard farmland is of great significance to ensure the food production capacity and promote the green development of agriculture.This paper mainly studies the current situation of high standard farmland construction in Changde City and the existing problems such as farmers'low willingness to participate,insufficient capital investment,construction difficulty,inadequate supervision and protection after completion,lack of sustainability,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems,so as to promote the smooth development of high standard farmland construction in Changde City.关键词
