基于罂粟基因组的SSR位点鉴定及其特征分析

Abstract
To explore the genetic markers of opium poppy,simple sequence repeats(SSRs)were identified from its genome se-quences using MISA software.A total of 833,005 SSRs were identified,which is classified into 3,288 repeat types.Mononucleotide repeats were the most abundant SSR repeats,accounting for 40.25%of all SSRs.SSR repeat types were AT-rich,and A/T,AAG/CTT and AAAT/ATTT were the major repeat types in the compound-loci SSRs.Of them,A/T was the dominant repeat types of SSRs(more than 38.91%).Further analysis showed that there was a linear relationship between the number of repeat types and the length of chromosomes.These results provide a basis for further developing SSR markers for opium poppy.关键词
