Abstract
Lean management is a management philosophy originating from Toyota's production method,with its core being to maximize the social value of the organization by reducing waste,improving production efficiency and quality.In the increasingly fierce market competition in the nicotiana tabacum L.industry,lean management also has important application value,especially the concept of planting lean management,which can help nicotiana tabacum L.enterprises improve production efficiency,reduce costs,improve product quality and customer satisfaction,and thus achieve sustainable development of the enterprise.Based on this,the article will revolve around the concept and characteristics of planting lean management,starting from the application significance and principles of planting lean management in nicotiana tabacum L.production,and study specific application strategies,hoping to provide valuable reference for improving nicotiana tabacum L.production efficiency and quality,thereby helping tobacco enterprises enhance their core competitiveness.关键词
