个体化医学营养治疗对2型糖尿病患者血糖及血脂的影响
Effect of Individualized Medical Nutrition on Blood Glucose and Blood Lip-id in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of individualized medical nutrition on blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 86 T2DM patients diagnosed and treated from January 2022 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into research group(n =43)and control group(n = 43)according to treatment methods.The control group was given routine dietary guidance,and the research group was given individualized medical nutrition therapy.The blood glucose,blood lipids,and nutritional status before and after intervention and the total effective rate after intervention were observed and compared in the two groups.Results After intervention,fast-ing blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin levels and scores of dystrophy-inflammation scale in the research group were lower than those before intervention and in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the study group were lower than those before intervention,and the levels of TG and LDL-C were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in TC and HDL cholesterol levels between the research group and the control group(P＞0.05).After intervention,the total effective rate of the research group was90.70%(39/43),which was higher than that of the control group[69.77%(30/43)](P＜0.05).Conclusion Conclusion Individualized medical nutrition therapy plays an important role in reducing blood glucose and lipid levels of T2DM patients,and can improve the total effective rate of T2DM treatment.关键词
