多中心治理视角下贫困治理效能提升的理论逻辑与机制研究
Research on the Theoretical Logic and Mechanism of Improving the Efficiency of Poverty Governance from the Perspective of Multi Center Governance
摘要
Abstract
How to improve the effectiveness of poverty governance is an important theoretical and practical issue.The current mechanisms for poverty governance in China are mostly single theme governance centered around the government,which has not formed a governance situation where multiple entities of different natures participate together.The governance of poverty is a complex system that involves political,economic,and social issues.Essentially,it aims to solve the collective action problems of different stakeholders.Based on the collective action theory,a multi center governance theory is used to establish and improve poverty governance mechanisms from three aspects:new institutional supply,credible commitment,and mutual supervision.By coordinating the interests and behaviors of various stakeholders,We will improve the modernization of the poverty governance system and capacity,and promote common prosperity.关键词
