Abstract
With the rapid development of the economy,the number of industrial enterprises has increased,and environmental pollution accidents have occurred from time to time.The agricultural ecological environment on which farmers rely for survival is deteriorating,and the number of group incidents caused by agricultural environmental pollution has increased.The resolution of agricultural ecological damage and environmental pollution accidents has become a challenging task faced by agricultural environmental protection departments in various regions.The development,improvement,and practice of judicial appraisal and assessment of agricultural environmental damage will play an indispensable role.This article reviews the relevant standards and regulations for the appraisal and evaluation of agricultural ecological environmental damage and takes practice as an example to explore the specific procedures and content of such appraisals,providing relevant guidance and reference.关键词
