接骨木生物碱体外抗氧化性研究
Study on the Antioxidant Activity in Vitro of Alkaloid in Sambucus Williamsii Hance
摘要
Abstract
This article studies the antioxidant activity of alkaloids from Sambucus Williamsii Hance using the hy-droxyl radical system,pyrogallol autooxidation system,and hydrogen peroxide reaction system generated by Fen-ton reaction.It was found that the alkaloids of Sambucus Williamsii Hance had a good effect on the elimination of action of three free radicals,hydroxyl,superoxide anion radical and hydrogen peroxide,in a specific concentration range.As the content of alkaloids increases,the elimination effect also increases.关键词
