耐盐水稻新品系的产量和品质特点分析
Analysis on Grain Yield and Quality Characteristics of New Salt-Tolerant Rice Lines

Abstract
It has been an important direction of agricultural development to use coastal saline alkali land to devel-op rice production in China.Comparative analysis of yield and quality was conducted with 14 rice lines in coast-al saline alkali soil of Jiangsu Province.The results showed that NYJ7012,Huafeng 1513,and Tonghaijing 17-2 yielded over 9.0 t·hm-2;the formation of high yield in NYJ7012 is mainly attributed to the higher spikelets per panicle and seed-setting rate,while Huafeng 1513 and Tonghaijing 17-2 benefited from more coordinated yield components.In terms of productive tiller rate,NYJ7012,Huafeng 1513,and Tonghaijing 17-2 with better yield performance also have higher productive tiller rate,reaching around 60%.The rice processing quality varied among the tested materials,with the brown rice rate ranging from 75.2%to 83.6%,milled rice rate ranging from 71.3%to 75.9%,and the whole milled rice rate ranging from 65.4%to 70.1%.For NYJ7012,Huafeng 1513,and Tonghaijing 17-2 with higher yield level,NYJ7012 had higher the brown rice rate,milled rice rate,and whole milled rice rate.In terms of appearance quality,the chalkiness percentage of different strains of materials varied from 17.3%to 25.8%;the chalkiness degree varied from 6.7%to 9.3%.Compared with Huafeng 1513 and Tong-haijing 17-2,NYJ7012 had lower chalkiness percentage and chalkiness degree.In terms of cooking taste value,the variation range of different strains of materials ranged from 45.8 to 63.4.Compared with Huafeng 1513 and Tonghaijing 17-2,NYJ7012 has a higher cooking taste value.The present study recommended NYJ7012,Huafeng 1513,and Tonghaijing 17-2 from a high yield perspective are,with a yield of up to 9.0 t·hm-2.From a high-qual-ity perspective,we recommended NYJ7012,which exhibited high rice processing,appearance quality,and cook-ing taste value.关键词
