摘要

Abstract

To determine the appropriate nitrogen application rate for newly-built greenhouses strawberries,a study was conducted to investigate the effects of winter topdressing and nitrogen reduction on strawberry yield,quality,economic benefits,and soil available nutrients,with the conventional nitrogen application rate in neighboring greenhouse plots as the control.The results showed that compared to the conventional nitrogen treatment(210.0 kg/hm2)during the winter period,there was no significant difference in strawberry yield when the nitrogen reduction was 27.76%,resulting in an average yield of approximately 42 883.62 kg/hm2.The optimal economic benefit was achieved with a nitrogen reduction of 17.27%,amounting to approximately 572 900 CNY/hm2.When the nitrogen reduction was 20%and 10%,the nitrate content and soluble protein content of the fruits significantly decreased,while the vitamin C content,anthocyanin content,and sugar-to-acid ratio of the strawberries significantly increased when the nitrogen reduction was 20%,10%,and 20%respectively.The incidence of gray mold disease in strawberries gradually decreased with the increase in nitrogen reduction.The nitrogen reduction led to a decrease in soil nitrate nitrogen content,with a significant decrease observed when the nitrogen reduction was 30%.However,the effects of nitrogen reduction on soil mineral nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium content were not significant.Based on comprehensive considerations of strawberry yield,quality,economic benefits,and soil nitrate nitrogen content,this study suggests that a winter topdressing and nitrogen reduction of 20%~30%on top of the conventional nitrogen application rate can improve strawberry production,reduce soil nitrate nitrogen accumulation,and enhance overall efficiency under the conditions of this experiment.
