新时代黄河流域水土保持标准体系建设框架研究
Research on the Construction Framework of Soil and Water Conservation Standard System in the Yellow River Basin in the New Era

Abstract
In order to implement the Law on Yellow River Conservation,promote the normalization and standardization of soil and water con-servation work in the Yellow River Basin and satisfy the actual needs of high-quality development of soil and water conservation work in the Yellow River Basin,combined with the objectives and characteristics of soil and water conservation work in the Yellow River Basin in the new era,based on the background,significance and necessity of the establishment of soil and water conservation standard system,the study com-prehensively arranged the existing national standard system of soil and water conservation,extensively collected the opinions and suggestions of relevant provincial business personnel and experts and organized experts to conduct special research.Finally,the construction framework of soil and water conservation standard system in the Yellow River Basin was presented.It included a total of 73 standards in 8 categories,inclu-ding foundation,planning and design,treatment,warping dams,monitoring,supervision,informatization and experimental demonstration(including 48 existing standards and 25 proposed new standards).关键词
