Abstract

Objective To establish a method for the analysis of the main chemical components in the root of Murraya exotica using UPLC-Q-Orbitrap MS.Methods The analysis was performed on Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8 μm)chromatographic column,with 0.1%formic acid water(A)-0.1%formic acid acetonitrile(B)as the mobile phase for gradient elution.MS1 and MS2 data of samples were collected in positive and negative ion mode,respective-ly.Results By deducing the fragmentation rule of mass spectrometry,comparing with the reference substance,literature data and mass spectrometry database,63 components were preliminarily identified from the root of M.exotica,mainly inclu-ding coumarins,flavonoids,alkaloids,adenosine,etc.Among them,26 components were discovered from M.exotica for the first time.Conclusion This method can provide a basis for elucidating the pharmacological substance basis of root of M.ex-otica.
