采摘时间与干燥方式对藏产红花药材质量的影响
The influence of drying method and harvest time on the quality of Tibetan safflower

Abstract
Objective To provide theoretical basis for reasonable harvesting and drying process of Tibetan safflower.Methods Six kinds of components in safflower were determined by HPLC,and their antioxidant capacity was determined by DPPH and ABTS free radical clearance method.And the correlation between six components and antioxidant capacity were analyzed.Results The content of most ingredients are high in shade drying and oven drying;while the highest content is in middle bloom period.For two kinds of free radical clearance oven drying>shade drying>sun drying;middle bloom pe-riod>full bloom period>initial bloom period>decline period.The large contributions to DPPH and ABTS were rutin and gallic acid,respectively.Conclusion It is recommended to be picked in the middle to the full flowering period and dried by oven drying and shade drying for Tibetan safflower.关键词
