The role of macrophage polarization in diabetic wounds and the progress of drug research
摘要
Abstract
Macrophage is one of the most important immune cells in human body environment.Macrophage has high plasticity,M1 type(classical activated macrophage)can be transformed into M2 type(substitute activated macrophage)under different stimulation.There are many ways to promote the healing of diabetic wounds,such as regulating insulin resist-ance,regulating inflammation and promoting vascular repair.From the perspective of macrophages as participants in wound healing.The paper reviewed the research progress of macrophage polarization in promoting the mechanism of diabetic wound healing in recent years,providing corresponding reference for the treatment of diabetic wound in the future.关键词
