Abstract

In order to improve the resource recovery rate and control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway,the 9203 working face adopts the technology of retaining the roadway along the goaf without coal pillars.Through the analysis of the geological situation of the 9203 working face,the transportation roadway is divided into three sections:collapse section I,roadway retaining section II,and coal pillar section III.The roadway retaining section adopts high water filling retaining the roadway along the goaf and dense support measures in different regions of the roadway.The water cement ratio of high water filling is 0.8:1,and the width of the filling body is 1.0 m.Compared with the usual roadway excavation technology,the 9203 working face transportation roadway can save 2.828 9 million yuan in support materials costs,shorten the excavation period by 4.5 months,and effectively solve the continuing tension problem of mining and excavation in mines.
