Abstract
Aiming at the problems of large coal pillar size reservation and severe roadway deformation in the fully mechanized mining face of Lijialou Coal Industry,the feasibility of small coal pillar roof cutting pressure relief and roadway protection technology in the 1206 working face is systematically studied using a combination of numerical simulation and on-site monitoring.The results show that after the roof cutting of the 1206 return air channel,the lateral abutment stress decreases from 17.21 MPa before the top cutting to 12.03 MPa,and the abutment stress decreases significantly within the range of 0-25 m.The roof cutting can achieve significant pressure relief effect;Compared to the 8 m coal pillar width,under the conditions of 10 m coal pillar width and 12 m coal pillar width,the elastic zone area of the coal pillar is greater than 50%,and the overall deformation of the roadway is relatively small.Considering the stability of the coal pillar and the need for efficient coal resource recovery,a reasonable coal pillar width of 10 m is determined.On this basis,the small coal pillar advanced deep hole pre-splitting blasting and roof cutting,as well as the reinforcement support method of"anchor rod+metal mesh+W steel strip+steel ladder beam anchor cable"in the roadway,are stuied and proposed.Through on-site practice,the deformation amount of the roadway roof and floor are reduced by 35.4%and 43.1%,respectively.The deformation amount of the roadway coal pillar side and mining side is reduced by 30.4%and 40.3%,respectively.The overall deformation of the roadway is effectively controlled,achieving safe and efficient mining of the working face.关键词
