摘要
Abstract
This article introduces Professor YANG Xiangdong's clinical experience in treating constipation based on the theo-ry of'principle of combined internal and external treatment'.In his treatment,Professor Yang advocated'principle of combined internal and external treatment',external treatment can choose Chengqi Tongbian Suppositories.Internally,specific differentia-tion and treatment include intestinal dryness and body deficient fluid syndrome,which is treated by Law of Ziyin Runchang and Water Boating,and treated by Xuanshen Decoction,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,which is treated by removing blood stasis and regulating qi-flowing for defecation,and treated by kaiwei Powder,fluid deficiency syndrome of Kidney,which is trea-ted by the principle of Wenshen Yijing and Runchang Tongbian,and treated by Jichuan Tongfu Decoction,Yang Deficiency Cold Coagulation Syndrome,which is treated the principle of Warming the kidney and liver and Liqi Tongbian,and treated by Chang-weikang Decoction,and Deficient Qi and Blood Syndrome,which is treated by the principle of Promoting Qi,Nourishing Blood and Moving bowel,and treated by Shiquan Dabu Decoction.关键词
