从"阳明热体当风论"探讨风药治疗面游风的机理及验案分析

Abstract
Seborrheic dermatitis of the face is a common clinical skin disease,and the etiology of the disease is always about the word"wind".Wind evil attacking from outside,the pores of body are Openning,and induce the hidden evil of damp heat,blood heat.Wind,damp,heat evil move chaotically on the surface of the skin.The internal and external sensation,the develop-ment of the disease.Wind medicine has"up,dispersing,line,moving,dry"and other characteristics,according to the different pathogenesis of the seborrheic dermatitis of the face,can play a different therapeutic role,such as when the wind evil attacks the face of skin,you can use wind medicine to relieve it;when spleen for wet trapped,you can use wind medicine to raise yang ener-gy and remove dampness;when xuanfu blockage,you can use wind medicine to open up the xuanfu;when central Jiao fire,you can use wind medicine to bring heat out to the qi division;Only wind medicine can achieve the head,wind medicine can be used to carry the medicine to the head.Cheng Hongbin believes that the core of the pathogenesis of seborrheic dermatitis of the face lies in"Yangming heat body attacked by wind",and shares a case to discuss the use of wind medicine on the basis of evidence-based treatment.关键词
