摘要

Abstract

Coal mining is transforming to a"less human and unmanned"approach.In view of the challenges of remote judgment of drilling rig actions,a method is proposed to judge drilling rig working actions based on the vibration acceleration signal at the drill pipe during drilling rig operation.The acceleration sensor is installed on the front and side of the drill pipe guide kit of the drilling rig to measure the lateral and axial vibration acceleration signals of the drilling rig.Analyzing the experimental results,it is found that there is a significant difference in the vibration acceleration signals collected by the sensors when the drilling rig is in drilling,retreating,and combining with the drill pipe.From this,it can be concluded that when the action of the drilling rig is different,the vibration of the drill pipe is also different,which shows that the method of judging the action of drilling rig by analyzing vibration acceleration signal is feasible.
