本研究构建了基于ArcGIS Engine的风暴潮淹没适应气候变化策略辅助决策系统,将风暴潮淹没适应气候变化策略研究过程流程化和简单化,并提供7个面向用户开放的决策端口,辅助决策者做出科学的风暴潮淹没适应气候变化策略选择.以青岛市风暴潮淹没为例的系统应用,进一步验证了该系统能够切实提高研究过程的分析效率,为中国沿海地区的适应风暴潮灾害提供技术支持.

Currently,the theoretical and technological research on climate change adaptation is relatively weak,and there is a lack of a decision support system based on adaptation to climate change.This paper develops a decision support system of climate change adaptation strategies for storm surge inundation based on ArcGIS Engine,which streamlines and simplifies the research process,and provides seven decision-making portals for users to make scientific choices of strategies for adapting to climate change due to storm surge inundation.The application of the system in Qingdao proves that the system can effectively enhance the analysis efficiency,and provides technical support for adapting to storm surge disasters in coastal areas.
