通阳益气法对急性心肌梗死大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用及VEGF、bFGF表达的影响
Study on protective effect of Tongyang-Yiqi on myocardial ischemia and expression of VEGF and bFGF in acute myocardial infarction rats

Abstract
Objective:Investigating the positive effects of Tongyang-Yiqi Method promotes angiogenesis in rats with myocar-dial infarction,and explore the effects of VEGF and b-FGF expression in rat myocardial.Methods:60 rats of Sprague-Dawley were randomly and evenly divided into Tongyang-Yiqi group,Astragalus group,Fistular Onion Bulb(FOB)group,Shexiang Baoxin Pill group,model group and sham operation group.Except sham operation group,ligation of left anterior descending coro-nary artery was performed in all groups.The pathological features of myocardial infarction cells were observed by HE staining.Ser-um interleukin-6(IL-6)was detected by ELISA.The expression of VEGF and b-FGF proteins were detected by Western Blot,which are on the edge of myocardial infarction in rats.The amplification times of Vegf mRNA and b-fgf mRNA were detected by Real-Time PCR.Results:Compared with model group,the degree of myocardial pathological changes was reduced and the level of serum IL-6 was decreased in all drug intervention groups,and the tongyang Yiqi group outbalance to the Shexiang Baoxin Pill group(P＜0.05).The expressions of VEGF and b-FGF in all drug intervention groups were increased(P＜0.05),and Shexiang Baoxin Pill group was superior to other drug intervention group.The Tongyang-Yiqi group outblance to the astragalus membrana-ceus group and FOB group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Tongyang-Yiqi therapy can effectively alleviate myocardial ischemia injury in rats,and the mechanism may be related to promoting angiogenesis in infarct area and reducing inflammatory infiltration,at the same time,compared with the use of FOB or astragalus membranaceus alone,the efficacy of Tongyang-Yiqi method is better.关键词
