Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of combined steam cleaning on the cleaning quality,backwashing rate and damage rate of da Vinci robotic surgical manipulator.Methods A total of 2,400 contaminated da Vinci robotic surgical manipulators from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 1200 manipulators in each.The control group was cleaned by hand,and the specific process was as follows:flowing water washing →water gun washing →enzyme washing → ultrasonic cleaning → rinsing → drying → disinfection.In the experimental group,steam cleaning was added between ultrasonic cleaning and rinsing,and other procedures remained unchanged.Visual inspection and ATP bioluminescence test(including surface sampling detection and water quality sampling detection)were used to observe the cleaning qualification rate of the two groups,and the damage rate of da Vinci robotic surgical manipulator caused by improper cleaning treatment was calculated.Results Visual inspection and ATP bioluminescence test showed that the cleaning qualification rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The damage rate of manipulator in the experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Manual cleaning combined with steam cleaning can lower the backwashing rate and damage rate,and improve the cleaning quality.关键词
