人颈椎黄韧带交感神经纤维分布的组织学观察
HISTOLOGICAL OBSERVATION OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF SYMPATHETIC NERVE FIBERS IN THE LIGAMENTUM FLA-VUM OF HUMAN CERVICAL SPINE

Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics and significance of the distribution of sympathetic nerves in the ligamentum flavum of human cervical spine.Methods A total of 15 patients undergoing posterior spinal surgery and 7 adult ca-daver specimens were selected,and the three-dimensional slices of the ligamentum flavum layer by layer were collected for glyoxylic acid staining to analyze the distribution of sympathetic nerves in different regions of the ligamentum flavum.The distance between the lateral attachment points of the ligamentum flavum(M),the distance between the medial attachment points(N),and M/N ra-tio(λ)in the neutral position,extreme overextension,and over flexion position after detachment.Results There were sympa-thetic nerve fibers in the ligamentum flavum,with fewer fibers the inner zone(zone Ⅱ)than in the outer zone(zone Ⅰ)(t= 13.35,P<0.05).Some short and wavy nerve fibers(β)were distributed around the wall of the passing arterioles,and sympathetic nerve fibers in dotted and linear shapes(α)were commonly distributed in ligament fibers.The distance M of the ligamentum flavum was shorter than the distance N(λ<1),and when the distribution of microvasculature was vertical or parallel to fibers of the liga-mentum flavum(β),the sympathetic nerve fibers(β)distributed on the wall were subjected to shear forces from the elastic fibers of the ligaments.Conclusion Sympathetic nerve fibers are distributed in the ligamentum flavum,and the way of distribution may be associated with the mechanical characteristics of the ligamentum flavum.Such mechanical distribution characteristics of sympathetic nerve fibers may be the initiating factor for sympathetic cervical spondylosis.关键词
