鼻腔鼻窦出血坏死性息肉42例临床分析
HEMORRHAGIC AND NECROTIC NASAL POLYPS IN NASAL CAVITIES AND PARANASAL SINUSES:A CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 42 CASES

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical features of hemorrhagic and necrotic nasal polyps(HNNPs)and discuss treatment methods.Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with HNNPs who were treated at the Department of Otolaryngolo-gy in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University between September 2010 and June 2019 were collected and analyzed.Results Among the 42 cases,5 were initially misdiagnosed as malignant tumors of the maxillary sinus.All patients underwent nasalendo-scopic surgery and were followed up for 0.5 to 2.0 years,and none experienced recurrence.Conclusion The clinical manifesta-tions of HNNPs are primarily nasal obstruction and epistaxis,which often confusethe disease with malignant tumors.Computedto-mography and magnetic resonance imaging of the nasal sinuseshelp diagnose this disease.Surgery is the only treatment option for the disease.For patients with extensive lesions,the combined use of a low-temperature plasma knife and its dynamic system can ef-fectively reduce intraoperative bleeding and shorten the duration of surgery.关键词
