厚朴排气合剂联合经皮穴位电刺激对产后抑郁合并胃肠功能障碍患者胃肠功能及抑郁情绪的影响
Clinical observation on the effect of magnolia exhaust mixture combined with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on postpartum depression complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Magnolia exhaust mixture combined with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on postpartum depression with gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods:120 postpartum depression patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into an observation group(n=60)and a control group(n=60).The control group was treated with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation,while the ob-servation group was treated with Magnolia exhaust mixture combined with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimula-tion for 7 days.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,gastrointestinal disorder symptom score,gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTI),incidence and degree of abdominal distension,Hamilton Depression Scale score,and incidence of ad-verse reactions were compared between two groups of patients.Results:Compared with the control group,the obser-vation group had shorter time of recovery of bowel sounds,first anal discharge,first bowel movement,and total hos-pital stay(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of gastrointestinal disorders in both groups of patients significantly decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of GAS and MTI in both groups of patients significantly increased compared to before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of abdominal distension in the observation group was 11.7%,lower than the 30.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of abdominal distension in the obser-vation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The depression scores of both groups of patients significantly decreased,and the depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.7%,and there was no statistically significant difference compared to the control group's 5.0%(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Magnolia exhaust mixture and percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation has a significant therapeutic effect on postpartum depression combined with gastrointestinal dysfunction.It can effectively promote the recovery of gastro-intestinal function,alleviate abdominal distension and depression in patients,and will not significantly increase the in-cidence of adverse reactions.关键词
