冲击波联合肌筋膜触发点治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察
Effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with myofascial trigger point in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of radial extracorporeal shock wave combined with need prickmyofascial trigger point in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:80 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with cervical traction and oral methylocobalamin tablets.The control group was treated with radial extracor-poreal shock wave(rESW)combined with ordinary acupuncture on this basis.The observation group was treated with rESW combined with need prick myofascial trigger point of cervical and shoulder.Compare the changes in the scores of the Simplified McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ),the Neck Disability Index(NDI)and the Simplified Chinese Health Questionnaire(SF-36)before and after treatment between the two groups,and compare the clinical efficacy and the recurrence within 6 months after treatment between the two groups.Results:Both groups were trea-ted for 4 weeks,Before treatment,there was no significant difference in general information,SF-MPQ,NDI,and SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the SF-MPQ scores and NDI scores of both groups were decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of SF-36 were higher than those be-fore treatment(P<0.05).Compared between groups,the observation group showed better improvement in SF-MPQ,NDI,SF-36 compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the obser-vation group(97.5%)was higher than that of the control group(80.0%),and the recurrence rate(5%)in the ob-servation group was lower than that(25%)in the control group within 6 months after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(χ2= 4.507、6.275,all P<0.05).Conclusion:Radial extracorporeal shock wave therapy com-bined with myofascial trigger point therapy can effectively relieve pain symptoms,improve cervical function and im-prove quality of life in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,with significant clinical efficacy and low recur-rence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
