摘要

Abstract

Microgravity and ionizing radiation during long-term space flight are the main reasons for the decline of astronauts'cognitive function.As resident immune cells in the central nervous system of vertebrates,microglia are particularly important for the brain to maintain normal physiological function.However,there is no discussion about the role of microglia in cognitive impairment caused by long-term space flight.Therefore,this review first discus-ses the cognitive impairment caused by microgravity and ionizing radiation,and then discusses the possible role of microglia in long-term space flight from the role of microglia in cognitive dysfunction.and possible ways to treat or prevent cognitive impairment in the future.
