摘要

Abstract

Currently,tumor hyperthermia has become one of the important methods for treating patients,and now the existing thermal ablation methods have certain shortcomings,leading to inevitable adverse reactions in patients after treatment.Therefore,finding a new green ablation method is a research hotspot nowadays.In order to solve the problems of carbonization of ablation centers and high difficulty in temperature control caused by commonly used thermal ablation methods,based on fluid motion and biological heat transfer theory,this paper designs a steam abla-tion simulation model using high-temperature water vapor as the medium,improves experimental instruments and equipment by analyzing the changes of temperature field calculated by the simulation,and formulates a test plan.U-sing new equipment and experimental ideas and making porcine livers as experimental materials,we realized the ex-perimental effect ofaxial ratio above 80%and ablation radius above 3 cm,which verified the feasibility of steam abla-tion in some ways.The steam ablation simulation model and steam ablation experiment designed in this paper pro-vide a new research direction and theoretical basis for the subsequent green ablation simulation and experiment.
